“My Career from zero to hero”

The action “My Career from zero to hero” strengthening networks of Western Balkan CSOs to implement innovative youth employability model for future jobs of 4.0. digital revolution is three-year-program implemented by Centre for Youth Work (Serbia), Forum MNE (Montenegro), CEM (Bosnia and Herzegovina), TOKA (Kosovo) and YSC (Albania).
The action foresees the creation of the one-stop-shop innovative employability model (02hero) for NEET youth (young people not in education, employment or training), providing them with skills required for future jobs of the 4.0 digital revolution.
Aim of the program is to give the participants an opportunity to test entrepreneurial ideas and structure the execution their execution, as well as get valuable insight into how they could convert their idea into a high-quality service or a product.
The entrepreneurship aims is to provide the participants the necessary knowledge regarding basic entrepreneurship concepts and principles in order to prepare them for potential entrepreneurial endeavor if they ever decide do start their own business.
The involvements of mentors will provide the advice and guide for youth to further improve their service or product and to ensure their ideas are developing in the desired and a well-structured direction.
The acquired knowledge and skills will have a long-lasting impact even at a later stage of their business development.
