Saimir Bakalli
Programme Director
Graduated in two Bachelor degree in the Social Science and with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology Development and Relationship, he holds the position of Programme Director and is responsible for project proposals and quality implementation. With over ten years of experience, we would highlight the engagement as a psychology lecturer, expert and representative of civil society organization especially with international organizations such as IMO, World Vision, UNDP, SOS Children’s Villages and also engagement with national civil society organization.

Eralda Bakalli
Project manager
Graduated with a Master of Science in Education and as the founder of the Joscelyn Foundation, she has been a project manager since the foundation was established and is responsible for project implementation. Experience in the field of education in civil society organizations has brought added value to society with the establishment of JsF but also with community engagements.
