About us

Joscelyn Foundation (JsF) is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-religious, non-political organization. It is established based on Decision no. 503 date 23.03.2015of the Tirana District Court. Joscelyn Foundation aims at contributing in community empowerment, especially of children and youths, through provision of psychosocial services, formal and non-formal education, awareness, and advocacy.

The highest governing body of JsF is the Board of Directors of five people. The founder proposes the Executive Director. The Board’s role is to provide advice to staff, monitor the activity of the foundation, and approve the annual budget, policies, and manuals of the foundation.
